Harris fanaroff

Leadership & Mental Performance Coach

Harris is a Leadership & Mental Performance Coach in the Washington, DC area. Harris grew up in the DC area and graduated from Winston Churchill High School in 2010. Baseball has always played a huge role in his life, and he was drafted by the Washington Nationals as a LHP/1B in the summer of 2010, but instead decided to continue his baseball career at Lehigh University. While at Lehigh University, Harris got the yips and lost the ability to throw a baseball which was pretty devastating for his career. He decided to hang up the cleats in 2013, and dealt with years of identity issues until he was introduced to the field of coaching by Brian Levenson. Since having a life changing experience with a coach of his own, Harris received a Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Certificate from American University, and is making it his mission to help athletes regain confidence, make the best decisions possible, and live a happier and more fulfilled life. Harris has also been fully trained in Brian Levenson's CORE Mental Training program which focuses on the sports psychology skills athletes need to succeed.

Harris works full-time as the Director of Client Relationships for Otto Kroeger Associates (OKA) which specializes in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Washington Nationals Philanthropies Emerging Leaders Board and is a member of the Board for Strive: How You Lead Matters.
