We support elite high school and college athletes navigate challenging transitions on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
What we do.
The Athlete Roadmap Coaching Program is designed to provide an opportunity for top-performing student-athletes to navigate their way through life. Designed to either help a High School athlete figure out the right College program, or to help a College athlete navigate their next step into the “real-world”, this program opens up possibilities. The program gives participants the opportunity to develop integral skills to help them grow personally and professionally with experts in the field of personal and leadership development. The goal of this program is to provide the space, mental skills, and resources to help you navigate your next steps as an athlete.
Who we are.
We’re convinced that building a team requires being a team. Sebastian Little and Harris Fanaroff bring together Division I athletic experience from Yale Football and Lehigh Baseball to this critical space of mental performance on and off the field while Micah Woo, who specializes in NCAA eligibility, helps you understand the end to end college recruiting process.
The mental game is hard. Finding the right college athletics program is hard. Finding a job after graduating college is hard.
The Athlete Roadmap Coaching programs are designed to provide you with the tools, techniques, and mental clarity to continue to enhance yourself both personally and as a student-athlete. Two former D1 Athletes working in the Leadership Development space helped create this program to help you reach your full potential and make the best decisions you can.
How we do it.
We use educational workshops, individual coaching, and group coaching to help get you where you want to go.
